  • Is Riley and Company an angel company?
    Yep. You can stamp our images on items you wish to sell. However - please do NOT take images off our website and use them. You buy the stamp - you can use it however you choose!

    Are we in stores across the country?
  • You bet! If you have a local store that doesn't carry us - tell them to give us a shout or let us know and we will call them!

  • Do we sell wholesale?
    SURE! We would love to make you part of our wholesale team! However, you do have to have a store, either brick and mortar or online. We require your tax id and address or URL. Please create an account and then email us and ask to have your account changed to wholesale. Make sure sure you attach the information required. Easy peasy!

  • What is the difference between unmounted and cling mounted stamps?
    Unmounted stamps are just the red rubber, no foam, just the image. Cling mounted stamps are red rubber stamps that have been mounted on foam that will cling to a clear block. Our cling stamps come with a piece of paper attached to the back. To use, simply remove and put on a clear black. 

  • What Copic colors do I use to color Riley and Sophie?
    I luv luv luv my Copic markers! I wouldn't use anything else on my darling moose! My fav colors are E31, E33, E35 (for the body) and E37 or E57 for the antlers. I wouldn't be caught without my W1 or C1 to go around the image once I am done. It makes the colored image "pop" off the page.
  • What is Moose Bucks?  

    Moose Bucks are the customer loyalty program that Riley and Company has! You earn Moose Bucks by doing different things such as signing up, points when it’s your birthday and placing orders. Every dollar you spend gets you one Moose Buck. When you accumulate enough points, you can spend them on items like money off your order or free shipping. It will notify you when you have enough to spend. You can find out more by clicking the green button that says "rewards" on our home page in the lower right corner.

We try to ship as quickly as possible.  After all - we want our stuff fast too!  Orders usually go out within 4 days of ordering, most times much quicker. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: once your package hits the post office, we CANNOT CONTROL where it goes. We will give you a tracking number of course, but if the post office ships your Ohio package to Las Vegas...... it's not our fault. Really. We know this because we have asked many times. 

ALSO - PLEASE NOTE: Priority does NOT mean over night. Priority means the SHIPPING  time for your order is possibly 2 - 3 days. It will NOT get your order pulled faster, and it is not guaranteed by the post office or us. The post office uses the phrase "2 - 3 Days" as a guideline they try to hit, not a guaranteed delivery time. Trust me - we have asked this many times too.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International Shipping

Duty is your "duty". We list the package contents and costs accurately on all customs forms. If you refuse a package because of the duty charges, unfortunately, we will be unable to ship to you in the future. We use USPS International and Priority International. Shipping amount is based on actual weight and country.

Returns/Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you exchange an item, you are responsible for shipping to us, and for the item you are wanting us to exchange and return to you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
