This 20 piece kit is made from 1/8" maple mdf and comes undecorated and unassembled. Finished house measures 3.8" wide and 4.8" high. While you don't need to paint it if you don't want to, you will need glue which is not included.

I started using these as advanced Christmas goodies last year with the Grinch by placing family names on them and I can't wait to do this with these this year! Tanya outdid herself on these cuties!! My family loves the personal touch!
